Refund & Exchange Policy (Canada)

Thank you for shopping with YOLOZ STORE. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

Returns

We accept returns for Canadian orders. To be eligible, you must initiate your return request within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

To qualify for a return:
• The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
• A clear photo or video of the item in its received condition is required.
• The return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Once your return is approved:
• You must ship the product back to our inventory in Toronto.
• After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to reflect.

Exchanges

We also offer exchanges if your item meets the eligibility criteria. To initiate an exchange, email us at support@yolozstore.com within 3 days of receiving your order, including:

• A clear photo or video of the product

Once your exchange is approved:
• You must ship the product back to our inventory in Toronto.
• After inspection and approval, we will arrange a call with you to confirm the details.
• We will then dispatch the replacement product.

Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right — no questions asked.
• Contact us immediately at support@yolozstore.com with a clear photo or unboxing video.
• Once verified, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds are available for returned items or in cases where a damaged or incorrect item cannot be replaced.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
• Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to be credited.
Taxes and duties paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.
